SIMPLE FROM THE START

You bring the context.
The rest gets lighter.

01

Gather your information

A brief, a professional profile or notes from a conversation. Start with what you already know.

02

Find the right fields

Clareou’s goal is to use context and form labels to suggest where each piece of information belongs.

03

Review. Then move on.

Check the suggestions and make your edits. You decide when to submit.

FOR PEOPLE WITH ENOUGH ON THEIR PLATE

The same lost time?

We’re exploring the workflows where retyping information gets in the way of meaningful work.

01 / SALES

More conversations.
Less data entry.

Turn contact notes into qualification fields. A use case we’re validating with BDR professionals.

Your résumé shouldn’t
need rewriting.

The goal is to reuse your profile in applications, without inventing experience or qualifications.

Faithful to the source

In the planned real-data mode, information missing from the source should stay blank.

Review comes first

Suggestions need checking. Clareou should not submit forms on your behalf.

Test data stays separate

Fictional information belongs in QA environments, tests and demonstrations.

FAQ

A little clarity before you start.

Can I install Clareou yet?

The extension is in internal testing and does not yet have a public Chrome Web Store release. This page introduces the concept and an interactive demo.

Does the demo use a real AI model?

No. It uses fictional examples and a local label-to-field mapping. Edit the values to explore the experience without sending information to AI servers.

Does it work with Zoho CRM and internal systems?

These are planned pilot scenarios. Compatibility still needs to be tested against each system’s forms; no official integration is announced.

Can I use my résumé or customer information?

The real-information mode is in development. For now, only use fictional data in this demo. The initial extension was designed to generate test data.

Which AI providers are being considered?

The initial extension has adapters for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and compatible APIs. Live API validation is part of preparing the pilot.

Is it suitable for medical information?

We do not yet present Clareou as a validated clinical solution. That use case requires dedicated controls, a privacy assessment and professional review.

THE NEXT STEP IS REAL-WORLD WORK

Less repetitive work.
More room for what matters.

We’re preparing a pilot to learn where Clareou makes a difference. First, test forms and sales workflows. Then, new use cases validated with the people who use them.
